Casa Horizontes Corcovado Bed & Breakfast - Drake Bay

The view from the bungalow was fine, and the hospitality from yami and pedro exceeded my expectations during our honeymoon. The breakfast was delicious, and the location offered tranquility and wildlife experiences you just can't beat.

the bathroom plumbing was quite rudimentary.

Appreciated staying at the triple room. Location: the hotel was not far from Drake Bay for the diving, the hill surrounded by lush garden with view of ocean, and restaurants. Also, we visited Cactus Petes Casino, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property, was an unplanned pleasure...

fine views and cute hosts for nice city exploration

After arriving, we enjoyed amazing views across Drake's Bay from the picnic table in the lovely garden, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The friendly hosts was good.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines, and a dining area. The beds are comfortable and the staff is really helpful.

The stay was pretty amazing, especially with the amazing views from the room terrace. I loved watching the macaws and toucans right from our balcony. The location is also convenient, close to the beach and not far from shops and restaurants, allowing for some fun evening strolls. Plus, the communication was seamless-arranging pickup and early access to our room was a nice touch that speaks volumes about the attention to detail.

The view from the balcony of the Bungalow with Garden View offers a fine panorama of the bay, complimented by sightings of capuchin monkeys nearby. The accommodations are set in a tranquil environment, and the garden is teeming with birds and butterflies.

The hotel sits on a hill. The rooms lack air conditioning and, at times, can feel stuffy. Some visitors reported old conditions in the bathrooms. Of note are the noise disturbances from nearby taxi boats in the bay, though this is less of an issue when staying slightly away from the center.

Just a good stay, if you relish sweat and frustration. No A/C left us roasting in a filthy, cramped room. And charging extra for bag storage? How generous! I expected a complimentary upgrade for my inconveniences, but apparently, this isn't a five-star resort. Almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't support such unprofessionalism.

the breakfast on the terrace was lovely with fine views. the steep walk to the B&B was tough.

Family with children paradise

The location was great , only a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the abundant wildlife around us. Yami and Pedro, like meals ready even for our early tours. I loved the outdoor shower after long hikes, it was refreshing yet fun.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but worth every penny for the experience.

They prepared breakfast at 5:30 AM to accommodate our early morning tours, serving delicious gallo pinto and pancakes while the fine view of Drake Bay surrounded us.

Steep path may challenge some guests.

The staff and host were extremely friendly and welcoming during our stay, which made the experience enjoyable.
